Know how to create and update Process FMEA according to the recommendations of the FMEA Handbook AIAG/VDA (June 2019), in the industrial context of the organizing company (IATF 16949 : 2016 or EN 9100 : 2016).
Know how to build a Control Plan, following a Process FMEA.
Know how to be efficient when doing Process FMEA and how to switch from a “passive” FMEA approach to an “active and anticipative approach”.
Training tailored on an example of internal process and using the internal Process FMEA tool and Control Plan of the organizing company.
Any person involved in the development & industrialization of a product in the industry (automotive or other) (R&D / Design, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Metrology, Maintenance, Purchasing, Logistics…).
At least 1 year experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive or other).
Knowledge of the products and processes of the organizing company.
Know how to organize, plan and realize Reverse Process FMEAs in agreement with requirements of IATF 16949 and car makers’ & tier 1 suppliers Customer Specific Requirements relative to Reverse PFMEA

Anyone involved in the improvement of manufacturing processes by realizing Process FMEA or Reverse Process FMEA.
Knowledge of the manufacturing processes of the organizing company.
Even though the principles of Process FMEA are reminded in the introduction of this training, participants are required to be familiar with the Process FMEA tool and its basic benefits.
Understand the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and its requirements. Know how to build a PPAP file from the APQP process, on the product applications of the organizing company.
Training adapted “tailor-made” and focused on internal processes and standard documents of the organizing company (case studies used if necessary).
Anyone likely to lead or take part in the implementation or utilization of a PPAP in his company.
Minimum 1-year experience in production, project, methods, quality, engineering, sales in the automotive industry.
Experience with the organizing company’s products and manufacturing processes.
Understand and know how to lead a problem-solving approach, following the 8D methodology on the problems of the organizing company and in its industrial context.
Training adapted “tailor-made” and focused on workshops applied directly to examples of concrete problems of the organizing company (case studies used if necessary)
The practical case is the main theme of the training, the theoretical explanations are introduced as the exercise progresses and are adapted to the course of the training.
Anyone likely to lead or take part in problem solving in the organizing company.
Minimum 1-year experience in production, project, method, quality, engineering in industry.
Experience with the organizing company’s products and manufacturing processes.
