This training is based on the recommandations of the FMEA Handbook AIAG/VDA (June 2019) relative to Process FMEA, while adapting them to the context of logistics. This training is also adapted to your internal context and proposes. It includes practical workshops on your own logistics system, so that the concepts can be applied optimally.

Know how to create and update Process FMEA according to the recommendations of the FMEA Handbook AIAG/VDA (June 2019), in the industrial context of the organizing company (IATF 16949 : 2016 or EN 9100 : 2016).

Know how to organize, plan and realize Reverse Process FMEAs in agreement with requirements of IATF 16949 and car makers’ & tier 1 suppliers Customer Specific Requirements relative to Reverse PFMEA

Know how to implement Statistical Process Control following a rigorous and methodical approach in line with the recommendations of AIAG's SPC Second Edition manual.

Understand and know how to implement the recommendations in terms of Measurement Systems Analysis of AIAG (AIAG MSA-4-Measurement System Analysis).

Understand the benefits of APQP (Advanced Project Quality Planning) in your own industrial context.

Understand the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and its requirements. Know how to build a PPAP file from the APQP process, on the product applications of the organizing company.
