Overall objectives
- Maîtriser la préparation, la réalisation d’un audit « système » ou « processus » interne, dans un contexte automobile, suivant les exigences VDA 6.3.
Learning operational objectives
- Connaître et maîtriser les exigences du référentiel VDA 6.3.
- Savoir préparer un audit selon les exigences du référentiel VDA 6.3.
- Methods of evaluation training:
- Level assessment quizzes for each participant at the beginning and end of the training session.
- Cold evaluation questionnaire for the training achievement completed 3 months after training, by each participant, with their hierarchy. The goal is to confirm with them the usefulness of the training at their workstation and to plan the necessary follow up actions
- Hot satisfaction questionnaire completed by each participant.
The "Pluses" of the training session
- Formation adaptée préalablement « sur-mesure » sur le SMQ de l’entreprise organisatrice (Prise en compte politique Qualité, Système de Management de la Qualité, intégration de certains processus dans les exercices et dans l’atelier de mise en œuvre).
- Theoretical parts organized in a dynamic and interactive way (workshops in subgroups, quizzes, questions, etc.).
- This training includes a 6-months period of post training support (email exchanges, webinars, phone, response time depending on the trainer’s availability).
Organization and resources
- La formation peut être réalisée entièrement sur site client ou en formule mixte : théorie à distance et audit blanc sur site client (durée à confirmer avec le formateur).
- For face-to-face training, the room must have a video projector as well as a flipchart and a whiteboard with coloured markers in working order.
- Préalablement à la formation, l’entreprise organisatrice devra mettre à la disposition de chaque participant les guides VDA 6.3 concernant l’audit process.
- Each attendee receives a training manual in English as well as exercise and workshop files used during the session.
Evaluation mode
- Validation des acquis de compétences et de connaissances via une mise en situation lors d’un audit blanc et via des tests de connaissances (quizz).
- Hot satisfaction questionnaire completed by each attendee at the end of the training.
- Cold evaluation questionnaire, to evaluate achievements realized after the training completed 3 months after training, by each attendee, with their hierarchy.
Targeted audience
- Toute personne devant assumer la responsabilité de la réalisation d’audits internes, selon le référentiel VDA 6.3, au sein de l’entreprise organisatrice.
Prerequisite
- Avoir une expérience professionnelle de la réalisation d’audits.
- Avoir une expérience professionnelle de la pratique de la Qualité.
Trainer profile
- Auditeur certifié VDA 6.3.
- Auditeur certifié ISO 9001, ISO 14001 et ISO 45001.
- Certified lead IATF 16949 auditor. Or Trainer validated by a certified lead IATF 16949 auditor.
- Expérimenté dans la mise en oeuvre de ces référentiels dans l’indutrie.
